These general conditions apply to reservations processed and formalized through this website of apartmentsbenimeit.com, which constitute a contract between you and Apartamentos Benimeit.

The request and the processing of reservations in this Web, suppose the full and unconditional acceptance of the Legal Note and Privacy Policy of the Web together with the present general conditions of hiring, in its latest version without
prejudice to the particular conditions of the reserves that are available. Therefore, we advise you to read this section of Terms and Conditions, before requesting or formalizing a reservation and each time you access our website, as we reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete any moment part of these general conditions.

Legal regulation.

These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13 on General Conditions of Contract, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text
of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and users and other complementary laws, Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, as well as all the tourist regulations that
it is applicable and, secondarily, the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.

The formalization of reservations through the Web is subject to the following clauses:

Reservation procedure.

1. Indicate the dates of your stay, type of apartment and other personal information in the contact form. Shortly we will send you a quote indicating the availability and prices.
2. Later, if you want to make a RESERVATION, you must notify us and we will send you the instructions to make the 50% NET payment of the total of your stay by bank transfer. Reservations will be confirmed by Apartamentos Benimeit once you have made the first payment. All the expenses that derive from the bank transfer will be at the expense of the tenant. We will confirm receipt of payment by email.
3. The remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival, at the time of delivery of apartment keys. We do not accept credit cards or checks.

Policy of Cancellation and Modification of Reservations.

1. The amount of the reservation will be fully refunded if cancellation is made 90 days before arrival day.
2. The amount of the reservation or deposit will be refunded 50% if the cancellation occurs 60 days before the arrival date. Please note that the deposit fulfills the function of RESERVATION GUARANTEE, that means, the deposit gives tranquility to the client-tenant by blocking the dates of their stay and apartment, in order to prevent that it can't be reserved by another client.
3. Date changes will be considered as a new booking and apply the cancellation policy shown above.
4. Apartments Benimeit apply these conditions whatever the reason for cancellation or modification, including force majeure cases.
5. The fact of making a booking implies that you have read this Terms and Conditions section, understands and accepts it.
